The data of the customer and company register can be processed for the following purposes:
• updating the data of the event calendar
• conveying messages regarding maintenance
• managing customer relationships

• providing and producing of services, and
• marketing of the services as well as communications of the ‘Kymenlaaksonyt’ event calendar.

In terms of personal customers, the administrators of the ‘Kymenlaaksonyt’ event calendar have the following data available:

10 Right to ban of the registered party
The registered party has the right to ban the registrar from processing data regarding the party for direct advertising, remote sales and other direct marketing as well as for market and opinion surveys, personal registers and genealogy. The ban must be made in writing and submitted to the registrar:

11 Inspection right of the registered party
The registered party has the right to inspect the data stored in the register regarding the party and to receive a copy of it. The inspection request must be made in writing and submitted to the registrar. The inspection request must be submitted in writing and duly signed to:

12 Data correction
The registrar will correct, remove or complement any personal data in the register that is, in view of the processing purpose, faulty, unnecessary, defective or obsolete, either on its own initiative or according to a demand made by the registered party. The registered party must contact the registrar in order to correct the data.
